2. Installation
Installation work is one of the important procedures for the high voltage system concerning the installation of high-voltage electrical equipment. AIS and GIS consist of, Circuit Breaker, Current transformer, Voltage transformer, and Disconnecting switch. Therefore, “Real growth” has comprehensive tools and personnel who have expertise in consulting and controlling the process from Upstream (planning) to Downstream (Establishing the station)
3. Test and Commissioning
Test and commissioning is the most important step before the power supply and initial start-up of the system. We provide expert technical acceptance testing after the work is complete. Commissioning is done before the system is put to service for new plants or new substations and testing for scheduled or preventive maintenance during yearly shutdown by an engineer and technician teams. We have more experience, are highly qualified, with advanced technology and lots of tools and equipment.
We perform to verify that the substation is designed, and correctly installed according to customer requirements, and specifications. During testing reports, we work in conjunction with the customer to ensure that test reports are performed according to practice standards and customer requirements. We have 3 steps of testing as follows

4. Preventive Maintenance
Maintenance is the best way for customers to ensure reliable operation, ongoing testing of your equipment proceeds preventive maintenance. We work in power plants, factories, GIS systems, and substations.
In every case, we focus on your high-risk equipment. The components being tested: transformer, switchgear, relay and protection, and auxiliary. When our work is finished, you will receive a test report. Test reports are included detailed testing, evaluation data test, and summary test reports. We will attach a picture with each item that tests abnormally and recommend a solution.
